The Challenge

As a rapidly growing design and construction firm with 27 employees, Aube Projects faced increasing complexity in managing invoices across multiple commercial and residential projects. Invoice tracking had become fragmented across email inboxes, creating confusion between their contract administrators and project managers.

“When I joined nearly four years ago, the company was just beginning to implement Procore for project management,” explains Jess Morton, Office Administrator at Aube Projects. “For financial management, we were running all purchase ordering and invoicing through MYOB.”

The team needed a solution that would provide directors with clear visibility while ensuring accurate routing of financial information to the appropriate teams.

The Solution

Aube implemented OneCore with its AP Processing module to create a centralised hub connecting Procore with their accounting software. The system automatically routes invoices to the appropriate contract administrators and project managers based on project assignment.

“Having that one place where you can drill down into each project and have everything integrate – as soon as an invoice is entered into OneCore, it goes straight to the right people – that’s what streamlines everything,” says Jess.

The solution has proven particularly valuable as invoice volume increased, eliminating confusion and ensuring proper financial allocation across all projects.
