Evve Group is a residential builder managing projects ranging from $300,000 to $9 million. With up to ten active projects at a time, the company’s team of engineers, construction managers, and tradespeople work together to deliver high-quality outcomes on every build.

To maintain its high standards while scaling, Evve Group sought a smarter way to connect its project management and accounting systems. The team wanted a secure solution that would allow project managers to track invoices and payments without exposing confidential financial information.

Evve Group faced challenges in maintaining visibility across projects while ensuring sensitive financial data remained protected. Project managers needed the ability to monitor invoice progress and payment timing, but the lack of an integrated system made this difficult.

Managing multiple projects at once made it easy for payments to be overlooked, which risked delays and impacted subcontractor relationships. The company also wanted to reduce the amount of time its accounts team spent on data entry and tracking, ensuring more time could be dedicated to value-adding work.

Evve Group implemented Interfy’s OneCore, integrating Procore and Xero to unify project management with accounts payable functions. The system’s user-assigned cost visibility feature became a key benefit, allowing project managers to view relevant costs without accessing sensitive financial data.

The new structure allowed the accounts team to centralise invoicing information in one place instead of managing it across multiple Procore sections. This improved accuracy, reduced manual work, and created a more efficient invoicing process.
