Established in 2018, Indecon delivers integrated investment, design, and construction services, specialising in large-scale commercial and industrial projects, particularly self-storage facilities. With over 40 years of combined director experience, Indecon manages 32+ projects simultaneously across Australia and New Zealand.

Managing dozens of unique project entities created a heavy administrative load for Indecon’s 15-person team. Each project required precise, separate financial tracking, yet data was managed through spreadsheets and emails.

With approximately 80 invoices per project per month, the manual process was time-consuming and error-prone. Incorrect or delayed entries slowed project reporting and created additional reconciliation work.

The team needed a system that could integrate Procore and Xero while maintaining precise financial separation for each project and improving overall efficiency.

Indecon implemented Interfy’s OneCore to connect Procore and Xero, establishing a single source of truth for all project financials. The integration automated data flow between systems, ensuring each project’s finances remained accurate and isolated.

OneCore’s error prevention system automatically blocks incorrect entries from syncing, while the dashboard provides instant visibility and direct links to resolve issues. This significantly improved financial accuracy and reduced troubleshooting time.

With plans to implement OneCore’s AP Processing module, Indecon expects to further streamline invoice approvals and reduce processing time by two-thirds.
