RestoreFast provides emergency flood and mould remediation services to commercial properties, working with construction contractors, property managers, REITs, developers, and building owners.

With just 11 full-time employees and a network of field contractors, RestoreFast handles a significant workload through innovative use of technology. According to COO and Managing Partner Benjamin Yi, technology has been central to the company’s success.

“Our main value proposition is our tech utilisation. We can provide enough documentation and reporting for our clients and make the insurance claims process seamless,” Benjamin explains.

RestoreFast used Procore for project management and Xero for accounting. As the company grew, the lack of integration between the two systems became a major challenge.

“There were a couple of people working on the backend financials, making sure everything was inputted into Procore and then manually entered again in Xero,” Benjamin recalls. “It was very time consuming.”

The team’s reliance on manual data transfer also delayed access to accurate financial insights. “When I first joined, we were acting without accurate financial data in our books, and that was obviously a significant issue.”

Searching for a reliable Procore and Xero integration led Benjamin to Interfy’s OneCore. “In terms of what OneCore offered, there was next to no competition,” he says.

Despite initial concerns about configuration, the implementation process was seamless. “I thought it would take too long or be too complex for our company size, but it was super easy. We configured it once and haven’t touched it since. It works perfectly.

”With OneCore in place, financial data now flows automatically between Procore and Xero. This real-time visibility enables informed decision-making and efficient project management.
