The Challenge

As Verdecon’s project portfolio expanded, the business outgrew its previous systems and upgraded from Corecon to Procore. However, the new setup created challenges in connecting Procore with Xero. Manual data entry across the two systems increased inefficiencies and the risk of costly errors.

OneCore established a reliable two-way connection between Procore and Xero, eliminating double handling and ensuring real-time data accuracy.“Everything is directly mapped to Procore. It’s straightforward to use and cuts out a lot of double handling,” says Holly.

CostPlus streamlined the creation and tracking of cost plus claims, helping the team quickly produce and review claims for their high-end projects.“CostPlus helps us see what has been claimed and what hasn’t, and produces the claims very quickly.”

AP Processing automated the accounts payable process, reading invoices and routing them efficiently through the right workflows. This allowed Verdecon to manage subcontractor and purchase order claims with minimal manual input.
